A credit card is required when submitting your vendor application. If your application is approved, the card on file will be automatically charged a 25% deposit based on the booth type you selected.

Once approved, you may choose your booth location on the event map immediately or return at a later time. When selecting your booth, you’ll be asked to confirm payment of the remaining balance. Once that step is completed, your booth location will be locked in.

You will have 45 days from the date of approval to select your booth and finalize payment of the remaining booth fees.
